T cells coordinate immune responses, interfacing with other immune cells and organ parenchyma. We use complementary bioinformatic and functional studies in mice as well as human patient samples to interrogate T cell memory and stem-ness. This work aims to define the factors that sustain pathogenic T cell responses over time.
